Ethan Fennell, a 25-year-old man from New Orleans, Louisiana, was last seen on June 29, 2020. He left his home in the 1300 block of Marigny Street without taking his cell phone, a shirt, or shoes. His roommate noted that Fennell had been behaving strangely before his disappearance. It is believed that he may have shaved half of his head shortly before he went missing.
