In June of 2019, Male Marshall Agbor, a 37-year-old man from Cameroon, traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana, to attend a conference. The day after his 37th birthday, on June 7, 2019, he was last seen at approximately 5:00 p.m. in the 400 block of St. Charles Avenue. Following this last sighting, Agbor did not return to his hotel room as expected.
