A woman and her son are slain in Boston
On August 7, 2011, Elvira Pimentel, 43, and her 17-year-old son, Elvis Sanchez, were tragically killed in a shooting at their home on Washington Street in the Roslindale neighborhood of Boston. Investigators believe that the double homicide may have been related to Elvis's recent court appearance, where authorities had hoped he would testify in connection with a prior shooting. However, he was not a cooperating witness at the time.
