In the late hours of a September evening, 32-year-old Justin Burt was last seen near Angelina Road in Louisville, Kentucky. At the time of his disappearance, it was known that he had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and did not have his medication with him. Concern for his well-being grew as days turned into weeks with no word from him, prompting his family to report him missing to the Bullitt County Sheriff's Office.
