In the late hours of a September evening, 32-year-old Justin Burt was last seen near Angelina Road in Louisville, Kentucky. Initially, she claimed to have forced him into her vehicle, driven him to the Indiana side of the Ohio River, and pushed him in. In February 2022, a second arrest was made in the case when Brandon Stivers was taken into custody. Both he and Nicole Stivers have faced charges including kidnapping, assault, and tampering with physical evidence. Despite these arrests and the distressing admissions made, Justin Burt has not been located. The Bullitt County Sheriff's Office has continued their investigation, believing that others may have information regarding his whereabouts.
