In the spring of 2017, Eddie Dean Hall, a 44-year-old man, was residing at a halfway house in Louisville, Kentucky. On March 16th, he walked away from the facility, located in the 400 block of Haywood Avenue, and vanished. He was last seen wearing a black and gray jacket, blue jeans, and athletic shoes.
