In Louisville, Kentucky, the family of Joseph Gibson experienced a growing sense of unease when weeks passed without any communication from the 22-year-old. Their concern ultimately led them to file a missing person report on March 28, 2019, as they had not heard from him for approximately two weeks prior. At the time of his disappearance, Gibson was described as a Black / African American male, standing between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighing between 160 and 170 pounds.
