Jessica Nicole Stacks, a 28-year-old from New Albany, Mississippi, was last seen on January 1, 2021. That morning, she and her boyfriend, Jerry Wayne Baggett, reportedly launched a small boat on the rain-swollen Tallahatchie River. Baggett later claimed that after the boat began taking on water, Jessica decided to leave the boat and walk through the river bottom toward Highway 30.
