In the winter of 2021, a 26-year-old man from Manassas, Virginia, David Richard Stuart, vanished. He was last seen on February 11, 2021, in Fredericksburg, Virginia. On that day, he was reportedly seen walking along the southbound side of Interstate 95, somewhere between the exits for Fredericksburg and Massaponax in Spotsylvania County.
