James Conway Liming Jr., 56 years old, was last seen on November 10, 2021, in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Prior to his disappearance, Liming had left his residence in Orange County on November 5, stating that he planned to start a new life and warning that it might be the last time anyone saw him. On November 10, he was seen scrapping metal in Fredericksburg, which was the last confirmed sighting of him.
