Wendy Gessing, 50, disappeared on June 12, 2021, from Crest Hill, Illinois. She was last seen leaving her workplace, a restaurant owned by her long-term boyfriend. Despite several search efforts, including reports that she might have been spotted at a Joliet Motel 6 on June 16, her whereabouts remain unknown. Her gray Honda CRV was found abandoned in Joliet, but no further leads have emerged. Authorities continue to investigate the case, but no significant developments have occurred so far.
