Bonnie Rae Kelly, 41, was last seen on July 9, 2003, in Aurora, Illinois. Initially reported missing from her residence in Aurora, it was later determined that she had been residing in Dixon, Illinois, before her disappearance. Bonnie had been living at a Veterans Affairs (V.A.) assistance program in Chicago before moving to Dixon. She disappeared along with her boyfriend, Ronald Stobierski, after the couple had sought treatment at the Hines Veterans Affairs Hospital in Chicago.
