Ranelle Rose Bennett, a 33-year-old Native American woman, was last seen on June 15, 2021, at her home in Hogback, New Mexico, on the Navajo Nation. That morning, she met with her mother to discuss her daughter's upcoming 10th birthday party. When Ranelle left, she hugged her mother for a long time and appeared to be crying, which her mother found unusual. Later that day, Ranelle never arrived at the birthday party, and after multiple days of no contact, her mother reported her missing.
