Cathy Ann James, a 60-year-old woman from Blackwell, Oklahoma, went missing on September 4, 2021. She was last seen at Casey's General Store in Blackwell during the early hours of September 5, captured on surveillance footage between 12:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. She was wearing an orange shirt with a Nike logo and black sweatpants at the time of her disappearance.
