In the autumn of 2021, a sense of unease settled over a family in Kennewick, Washington, concerning their loved one, 31-year-old Pavel S. Busev. A family member last saw Pavel on October 24, 2021, as he walked away from his home. Around that same time, he was also reportedly seen walking near his residence, in the vicinity of Gum Street and 23rd Avenue, on October 19.
