Timothy Rice, a 40-year-old man, was last seen on January 11, 2001, at his home in Kennewick, Washington. He disappeared under mysterious circumstances, leaving his horses and pets unattended, which was highly unusual. Rice also appears to have taken his yellow Labrador Retriever with him, but strangely, he left the dog’s leash behind, a detail that raised concerns among those close to him.
