Eileen Jay, a 27-year-old woman from Norwalk, Connecticut, disappeared on February 7, 1983. Eileen, who was of Asian and Caucasian descent, had recently lost her job and was reportedly feeling depressed. Following this, she decided to travel to New York City to visit a friend who lived on West End Avenue. She stayed with this friend for five days without any apparent issues or arguments.
