In the cold of a Midwestern winter, on December 21, 2002, a family gathered at a truck stop in Peoria, Illinois, for what would unknowingly be their final meeting. Margi and Gary Washburn, along with their other son, Brock, met with 29-year-old Clinton 'Clint' Washburn.
