Keith William Ryan, a 22-year-old man, disappeared under mysterious circumstances on April 13, 2005, in Peoria, Illinois. He was last seen at around 3:20 a.m. outside the Adams Apple Tavern on Main Street, where he had gone out for fresh air while out with friends. Surveillance footage captured him walking alone near the strip of bars, heading northeast toward an area under construction near Interstate 74. After that, he vanished, and there has been no contact or sighting of him since.
