Originally from Romania, Trache had been living in New York for several years and was known for her active lifestyle and close-knit circle of friends. She was reported missing after failing to appear at her workplace and missing appointments with friends, which was highly unusual for her. Her disappearance immediately raised concerns among her loved ones, prompting them to notify the police.
