Elissa Frances Villa, aged 31, was last seen on November 1, 2012, in Santa Barbara, California. She had been living a transient lifestyle in the area but remained in occasional contact with family and friends. After November 2012, all communication ceased, and her loved ones were unable to locate her. At the time of her disappearance, Villa was described as being 5'6" tall, weighing 110 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She also has a scar on her abdomen from childbirth.
