Penny Rae Schroff, aged 41, went missing on November 2, 1984, from Santa Barbara, California. She was last seen at a local bar in Santa Barbara on the evening of that date. Penny was described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing around 140 pounds, with blond/strawberry-colored hair and hazel eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a blue sweatshirt and jeans.
