Andrew Phillip Briggs was a 38-year-old man who was last seen by his mother in Las Vegas, Nevada on Feb. 11, 2016. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance are unsettling, particularly due to a troubling text message he sent which stated, 'I can't live like this.' Since that last communication, he has not been seen or heard from again.
