Tony Mitchell, a 14-year-old boy, was last seen on June 19, 2018, in San Jose, California. He had been placed in a children's shelter after a traffic stop in Modesto, where officers could not locate his legal guardian. After his placement in a shelter, he left and was transferred to another facility in Santa Clara County, which he subsequently left again, resulting in his disappearance.
