Nasim Howard Missing Person Case

Nasim Skander Howard, a 23-month-old child, was abducted from San Jose, California, on November 28, 2008, by his non-custodial father, Skandar Ben Mohammed Mhadhebi. Nasim is biracial, of African-American and Tunisian descent, with black hair and brown eyes. He has distinctive birthmarks on his eyelids and may also go by the last name Mhadhebi.
