Nasim Skander Howard, a 23-month-old child, was abducted from San Jose, California, on November 28, 2008, by his non-custodial father, Skandar Ben Mohammed Mhadhebi. Nasim is biracial, of African-American and Tunisian descent, with black hair and brown eyes. He has distinctive birthmarks on his eyelids and may also go by the last name Mhadhebi.
Mhadhebi, who was 35 years old at the time, is believed to have taken Nasim to Tunisia, his country of origin.
A felony warrant for Mhadhebi's arrest was issued on June 21, 2010. He is described as being 6'3" tall and weighing 225 pounds, with aliases such as "Ska" and "Alex." Despite ongoing efforts to locate Nasim, his whereabouts remain unknown.
