Steven M. Arrington, a 31-year-old man from Cleveland, Ohio, was last seen on July 12, 2019. He disappeared from his home on Regent Road, and since that time, there has been no contact with family or friends. While few details are available regarding the circumstances of his disappearance, there were unconfirmed reports that Arrington may have been seen near the intersection of East 65th Street and Bessemer Avenue in August 2019, a month after he was last officially seen.
