Willie Charles Standberry Sr., a 72-year-old man known affectionately as 'Chuck,' vanished on a cold evening in East Cleveland, Ohio. The last confirmed sighting of him was on December 7, 2006, when he left a friend's house around 7:15 p.m. He was expected at his girlfriend's home, a short fifteen-minute drive away, but he never arrived.
