Cory Keith Kelley-Armer, a 37-year-old resident of Atascadero, California, was last seen in April 2020. He was released from jail in mid-April and was last spotted at a friend's house in Atascadero later that month. His family reported him missing on August 11, 2020, after they had not heard from him for an unusually long time. Kelley-Armer, who lived a transient lifestyle and frequently moved between different areas, remained in regular contact with his family, especially his mother. His sudden and prolonged silence was out of character, especially considering his close relationship with his three children.

Kelley-Armer is described as 6 feet tall, weighing around 200 pounds, with blond or brown hair and brown or hazel eyes. He also had distinctive tattoos, including tattoo sleeves on his arms, a woodpecker on his right arm, and the word "Rebel" on his back. Authorities consider his disappearance suspicious due to the unusual circumstances surrounding his sudden lack of contact. Despite efforts by the Atascadero Police Department, his case remains unsolved.
