David Campbell, age 49 at the time, was reported missing after he was last seen at approximately noon on Thursday, October 22, 2020. On that day he was walking along Kentucky Highway 66 near his home in the Big Creek area of Clay County. At the time he was described as wearing a blue shirt and white pants. Authorities and his family were immediately concerned due to his medical conditions, including Parkinson’s disease and mobility challenges.
