Diana Guadalupe Perez Gonzalez, a 27-year-old woman from San Jacinto, California, was last seen on December 4, 2020. She was reported missing a week later, on December 11, from her home on Crooked Branch Way. At the time of her disappearance, Diana was eight weeks pregnant and had a six-month-old child. Foul play was suspected early on, and investigators referred the case to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department's Homicide Unit.
In October 2022, Angel Martine McIntire, her boyfriend and a convicted felon, was arrested and charged with her murder. McIntire had a history of domestic violence against Diana, having been convicted of assaulting her just months before her disappearance. Despite his conviction, he had completed a court-mandated domestic violence program only two months before being arrested for Diana’s murder. Although McIntire faces charges, including two counts of murder due to Diana’s pregnancy, her body has not been recovered, and he has pleaded not guilty. The investigation is ongoing as authorities continue to seek answers in the case.
