Debra McCoy, a 31-year-old woman, was last seen on January 24, 1991, in San Jacinto, California. She had traveled with a male friend to the Santa Rosa Indian Reservation, where they met another man. According to the two men, they went deer hunting and left Debra in their truck while they retrieved a deer carcass. When they returned, both Debra and the vehicle were gone. Despite their account, Debra has not been seen or heard from since.
Debra was last seen wearing a long-sleeved white blouse, jeans, and sandals. She has distinctive tattoos, including a peacock on her inner left ankle and mountain peaks on her left shoulder. At the time of her disappearance, she was 5'2" and weighed around 110 pounds.
