Frank Thomas Ramos, a 28-year-old man from Waialua, Hawaii, was last seen on February 14, 1989. He left his home on Farrington Highway around 11 a.m. that day, riding his 15-speed Fuji bicycle. The bike was later found abandoned on February 16 near Ke Iki Road, close to where he was last seen on Ke Nui Road. Homicide detectives suspected foul play, as Ramos had previously expressed fear for his life. His case remains unsolved, and his disappearance continues to be a mystery.
