Scott Andrew Karsten, a 60-year-old man, was last seen in San Clemente, California, on October 24, 2021. He was captured on surveillance footage in the parking lot of a Walmart and a nearby gas station in the early hours of that day. At the time of his disappearance, Karsten left behind his car, wallet, and cellphone, which raised concerns among his family, who reported him missing on October 29, 2021.
