Randy Donis Carver was 66 years old when he was reported missing from Holden, Maine, a small Penobscot County community where the first public alerts described him as a man with dementia who was believed to be traveling on foot. The Holden Police Department issued a Silver Alert after he was last seen in the area of his residence on Moon Avenue, and state and local reporting described him as a white male, about 6 feet tall, with gray hair and hazel eyes.
