Kathleen Allen, an 18-year-old from Milpitas, California, disappeared on April 15, 1985, after being picked up from her workplace. She was in a relationship with Michael Carroll, a former prison mate of Charles Ng, and her disappearance was connected to Ng and Leonard Lake's horrific spree of kidnappings, torture, and murders.
