Jasmin Maria Ramos, an infant born in June 1989, was last seen in Bakersfield, California, on August 1, 1989, alongside her mother, Marina Ramos, and older sister, Elizabeth. The family was last known to be traveling with a man identified only as "Fernando" in a black SUV, reportedly heading toward Ontario, California, where Fernando lived.
