In the summer of 2026, a 32-year-old woman named Pauline Lashon Glenn vanished, leaving her family and community searching for answers. She was last seen in Lexington, North Carolina, on July 7, 2026. Concerns for her well-being grew after she failed to make contact with her loved ones, a behavior that was reportedly out of character for her. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance are unsettling, as it is believed she may have been on her way to Wilmington, North Carolina, after possibly being put on a bus in Winston-Salem. However, there is no confirmation that she ever arrived at her intended destination.
The details available about Pauline's last known movements are limited, which has made the investigation challenging. It is known that at the time of her disappearance, she may have been carrying tan and blue folders and a classic black and white composition book. Unfortunately, a description of the clothing she was wearing has not been made public. Her family, desperate for her safe return, has shared details of her distinctive tattoos in the hope that someone might recognize them. These include a butterfly on each forearm, the name "Margie" on her left arm, and the words "Just Love" on her left wrist. She also has a Capricorn tattoo on her back, a "Lillian flower" on her right arm, "EST 1994" on her right knee, and "No Hate" on her right wrist.
The Lexington Police Department is handling the investigation into Pauline Glenn's disappearance. They have been working to piece together the timeline of her last known activities and to follow up on any potential leads. The lack of concrete information has been a significant hurdle, and the case has left a void in the lives of those who know and love her. The overview of the case reflects a painful and unresolved situation for her family, who are still awaiting any news that might bring her home. The community remains hopeful for a positive outcome and continues to share her story in the hopes of generating new information that could be vital to the investigation.
