Darwin Randall SYLVESTER Missing Person Case

Darwin Sylvester was last seen at approximately 11 p.m. on May 28, 1998, in Brandon, Manitoba. He contacted his partner shortly after 12:00 a.m. on May 29th to inform her of his intention to meet with an associate for breakfast; however, he failed to attend the meeting. All of his personal belongings and luggage were located at a residence on Chalmers Road. We have not been able to establish any contact with Darwin since that time.
