Philip Mark Oslizlok was reported missing by his family in early 2010. He was last seen on September 2, 2009 when he went to the Vancouver Police Department to receive an employment record clearance. Mr. Oslizlok last contacted his family via email on November 20, 2009 to inform them that he had gotten a job on a cruise line and would not be returning home for Christmas. There are no records of employment for Philip at any of the cruise lines. He has not been seen or heard from since.
