On a December afternoon in 2008, the life of 40-year-old Mario Marabella took a dark and mysterious turn. He was at a gas station on Highway 440 West in Laval, Quebec, around 4:00 p.m. on December 4th, when he was reportedly overpowered by several individuals and forced into a van. This brazen kidnapping in a public place marked the last time Marabella was ever seen. The events that followed only deepened the mystery surrounding his disappearance.
