On October 22, 2017, Ann Victor-Lazarus was seen for the last time as she left her home to go to church. Ann’s vehicle was found in a parking lot near the “Parking Authority Water Intakes” on the Niagara River Parkway in Niagara Falls, New York State. Her personal belongings, as well as a note, were found in her vehicle. Ann was captured on video surveillance near the railing of the waterway.
