Sandra Runkle, age 43, was last seen on June 23, 1987, in Niagara Falls, New York. At the time, she was enrolled in a program at a residential facility and was last spotted leaving the facility around 7:00 p.m. According to reports, she took a taxi to Prospect Point, a popular area located in Niagara Falls State Park. After this, she was never seen again.
