On a Christmas Day in 2010, the holiday season took a somber turn for the family of Crystal Gail Phillips. The 30-year-old woman was last seen in Pembroke, a town in Robeson County, North Carolina. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as a White female with brown hair and green eyes, standing at five feet seven inches tall and weighing around 120 pounds.
