Hugues Bellevue, a 59-year-old doctor, was last seen on November 13, 2013, in Chula Vista, California. Bellevue, originally from Haiti, was a respected doctor who ran a hospital in Tijuana, Mexico. On the day of his disappearance, he is believed to have been driving his white 2001 Chevrolet Astro van with California license plates.
