On June 18, 1983, William Fosseneuve, Raymond Sewap and another person were aboard a boat on Amisk Lake in Saskatchewan. During the course of their trip to the village of Denare Beach, the trio encountered turbulent waters, which caused William to fall overboard. In an attempt to rescue him, Raymond dove into the water. Both men were last seen submerged in the water.
