In the late afternoon of November 27th, 2012, a 51-year-old man named Kenneth Chester Fehr was seen for the last time in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He was in the 1700 block of Idylwyld Drive North at approximately 5:30 PM. Having recently relocated to Saskatoon from Nipawin, his disappearance raised immediate concern among his relatives.
