On April 30, 1974, Earland Christopher Feldseth was seen for the last time at a grocery store in Tofino, British Columbia. On April 11, 1974, Earland had set sail on a fishing trip on his 39-foot Fishing Trawler from Steveston Fisherman's Wharf in Richmond, British Columbia, with his 1969 Triumph motorcycle secured to the stern. Earland has not been seen or heard from since.
