In the late summer of 2025, a sense of unease settled over the community of Havre-Saint-Pierre in Quebec. On the morning of Saturday, August 2nd, two local men, 68-year-old Nelson Boudreau and 36-year-old Grégory Landry, embarked on a journey by sea.
