John Thomas Casey, a 75-year-old man from Milford, Connecticut, was reported missing on September 14, 2016, from Havre-Saint-Pierre, Quebec. He was a passenger on the CTMA Vacancier cruise ship, which was on a journey from Montreal to the Magdalen Islands, accompanied by members of his family. His relatives alerted the ship's crew on the morning of Thursday, September 15th, when they realized he was missing.
