In the late summer of 2013, a 22-year-old Indigenous woman named Richele Lee Bear vanished from Regina, Saskatchewan. She was last seen in August, with some accounts placing her last known whereabouts on August 9th leaving a residence on Rae Street, and others indicating she was seen at a relative's birthday party on August 20.
