Valentin Kaloustov, a 64-year-old man, was last seen on February 3, 1999, at his home in Ceres, California, just two days before his 65th birthday. He has not been heard from since, and the circumstances of his disappearance remain unclear. At the time he went missing, Valentin was described as 5'4" tall, weighing 110 pounds, with gray hair.
